Comar 7P.i FSD provides a versatile moveable wall that allows space and light into any project. Even in the winter months the glazed facade offers light as well as keeping the building insulated through the trade-marked Comar 7P.i thermal break technology.
Lift Slide Door
The Comar 7P.i lift and slide was developed to ensure a high performance solution that offers market leading performance. Feedback from the UKAS accredited test house was “it is the best they’d ever seen”.
Passing BS6375 Parts 1, 2 and 3 with no water leakage at 1050Pa. The hardware, has been tested to over 25,000 cycles. As secure by design is now being incorporated into some region’s planning conditions and BREEAM assessments, Comar 7P.i LS passed the new stringent PAS24:2012 and holds a kite-mark and q-mark for enhanced security to enable sub-contractors to provide an SBD licensed product to discerning clients and architects.
Commercial Swing Door
Comar 7Pi CD is a robust, thermally broken, commercial swing door system, offering concealed transom closers and an aesthetically pleasing, rounded, anti-finger trap stile. The high security option has passed the european harmonised standard to 1627-1630 level 3 and PAS 24: 2012.
A variety of low rise thresholds offer compliance with lifetime homes and other access regulations. Comar 7P.i CD is a double action, swing door which can be single or double, hung from concealed transom closers offering 180 degree operation with or without back-check.
