As part of the multi billion pound Westfield Stratford City development the hotel in its unrivalled location is the closest to Stratford International Station and the Olympic Park and Stadium.

Comar Architectural Aluminium Systems; with their approved fabricator PAGE Group Peterborough Ltd completed a prestigious new build waterside residential development, Q Apartments, at Tanners Wharf, Bishop Stortford. Sales of the units which include 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and luxury penthouses exceeded all expectations, appealing to first time buyers, investors and airline personnel working at nearby Stansted Airport. The re-development of the area has been welcomed by the local residents as it now replaces a derelict site of unfinished buildings.

Barratt Homes
Comar Architectural Aluminium Systems supplied aluminium for Oceana Boulevard – a multi-million pound residential project for Barratt Homes in Southampton. A Comar approved fabricator, installed the extensive fenestration in this striking 281 flat development with penthouses and cascading floor-spanning aluminium curtain walling. The fenestration plays a prominent role in the building’s colourful multi-layered envelope. Oceana Boulevard is situated on a busy thoroughfare in close proximity to the sea. Because of this location, the brief specified fenestration systems of flexible design that could withstand implications of a marine environment; allow fast-track installation and fulfil the demands of the complex envelope.
